The following doesn't answer your question (as far as I know, you can't download a driver for the Microsoft Teredo Tunneling adapter).
However, other than the understandable desire to not have warning icons showing in Device Manager, the odds are that you really do not need the Microsoft Teredo Tunneling adapter. Why do you think you do need it?

Assuming that the Microsoft Teredo Tunneling adapter is showing in your Device Manager with the warning icon, right-click on it and select 'Uninstall.' Reboot the computer.
I don't have personal experience with the following advice. The Microsoft Teredo Tunneling adapter is not installed in my Windows 7 Pro system, it does not show at all in Device Manager, and as far as I can tell, there are no adverse consequences to this situation.
If the Microsoft Teredo Tunneling adapter is showing in your Device Manager with a warning icon, open the Registry Editor (click Start, type regedit, press Enter, and respond as needed to the UAC prompt). Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCURRENTCONTROLSETSERVICESTCPIP6PARAMETERS
Look in the right pane: if there is an item named DisabledComponents and its value is not 0, right-click on the item, select 'Modify' and change the value to 0. Then restart the computer.
Hi,
Have you made any changes to your computer?
Run exe through cmd download. Click on Start/Programs/Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 (or 2008)/ Visual Studio Tools/Visual Studio 2005 (or 2008) Command PromptNote that this path is not found with the Express editions, but you can look for the file to see if it was installed in one of the directories. The special command prompt runs a batch file named vcvarsall.bat.For Visual Studio 2005, it may be located in:Microsoft Visual Studio 8VCvcvarsall.batFor Visual Studio 2008, it may be located in:Program FilesVCvcvarsall.batBut if you click on the file, it opens and closes instantly, so I don't really know how it works. Maybe you need to run the batch file before running the pseudo-exe file, but you will need to experiment with it to see what happens. In any case, I copied and pasted the batch file code from my computer, so here it is.
The Code 10 error code is generated when Device Manager has insufficient information or the error that is bubbled up by the device drivers is not recognized by Device Manager. Additionally, this error may occur when one of the drivers that the device needs does not start. If many drivers are being used by a particular device, it can be difficult to determine the one that failed.
Method 1:
